益气固本调免方治疗IgA 肾病的临床研究
A clinical study of Yiqi Guben Tiaomian formula for the treatment of IgA nephropathy

Abstract
Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Yiqi Guben Tiaomian formula in IgA nephropathy patients in chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage 1‐4 .Methods:In this randomized controlled clinical study ,85 patients were enrolled .They were randomized into treatment group (43 cases ,Yiqi Guben Tiaomian formula) and control group (42 cases ,losartan) ,with a four‐month course of therapies .Results:The total effective rate was 74 .4% in treat‐ment group and 42 .9% in control group ,with a significant difference between the two rates .Only 24h urinary protein ex‐cretion were reduced in control group ,whereas red blood cell count of urine and 24h urinary protein excretion were obvi‐ously reduced in treatment group ,with significant differences between the two groups .When compared the results of con‐trol group ,IgA ,C3 ,CD4 ,CD8 ,and CD4/CD8 were significantly improved in the treatment group .Conclusion:Yiqi Guben Tiaomian formula is effective to improve hematuria and proteinuria in IgA nephropathy patients ,due to regulate humoral and cellular immunity .关键词
