基于IRIO模型的地区消费碳排放估算
Estimation of Embodied Carbon Emissions in Consumption Based on the Model of IRIO
摘要
Abstract
Estimating the embodied carbon emissions in consumption can provide reasonable reference data for the national policy of carbon emissions reduction. Based on the model of IRIO, the paper estimated the regional embod-ied carbon emissions in consumption in 1997-2012. It is found that:with the passage of time, the problem of "carbon leakage" was more and more serious in China;the accumulated embodied carbon emissions in consumption was more in Shandong, Hebei, Guangdong etc in 1997 -2012; the accumulated embodied carbon emissions in consumption was greater than the embodied carbon emissions in production in 12 regions such as Beijing, Tianjin, while the remaining 18 regions were opposite;for justice, when distributing the regional responsibility for emissions reductions, it should consider adequately the difference between the embodied carbon emissions in production and consumption.关键词
