Research on Industrial Carbon Emissions in Hebei Province Based on System Dynamics
摘要
Abstract
This paper builds the system dynamics of model Hebei Industrial carbon footprint using system dynamics modeling approach, after the models were tested, it sets the set of three low-carbon development scenarios and com-pare their simulation results, and finds that low-carbon economic development mode in Hebei is between Scenario 2 and Scenario 3. Finally, combined the simulation results, the article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in Hebei province from industrial optimization and upgrading of low-carbon energy development, talent and technol-ogy and other aspects of fiscal policy support for the development of low-carbon economy.关键词
