Analysis on University Students' Employment Competence Based on the Post Competency Model

Abstract
The employment situation of university graduates is getting increasingly severe. In recent years, university students' employment, especially their employment competence has become a hot social issue. The improvement of University Students' Competitiveness in employment is affected by many factors. This article tries to analyze univer-sity students' employment competence from the perspective of the post competency model. Having clarified the over-seas and domestic research status in the field and analyzed employers ' request for university students, this article will put forward four ways from the perspective of the post competency model, including making plans for training talents, developing career planning, strengthening the professional quality education and strengthening educational practice, to improve University Students' competitiveness in employment.关键词
