老年髋部骨折病人住院期间照顾者照顾负荷现状调查
Survey of status quo of caring burden of caregivers of elderly hip fracture patients during hospitalization

Abstract
Objective:To identify the load level of caregivers of elderly patients with hip fracture during hospitalization, and probe into the influencing factors related to the burden,so as to provide guidance for doing targeted nursing service.Methods:A total of 192 elderly patients with hip fracture and their family members (192 cases) were selected by using the convenience sampling method who received hospital treatment in department of orthopedics in our hospital from July 2013 to June 2014.They were given questionnaire by using general questionnaire and caregiver burden questionnaires.Results:93.8% of the main caregivers had different level of burden, the total score of whole burden of caregivers was (38.92±19.69).The main influencing factors of caregiver’s caring burden were the family income,the number involved in caring,patients’medical history and payment. Conclusion:The burden level of the main family caregivers of elderly patients with hip fracture is higher in general. The medical workers should pay attention to the caring burden of main caregivers of patients with hip fracture and its influencing factors.The comprehensive assessment of patients and their major caregivers can provide personalized nursing service,so as to reach the purpose of improving caring ability of the caregivers and reducing the caring burden.关键词
