Multi-layer and Multi-scale Online Energy Efifciency Analysis Method for Copper Flash Smelting Enterprises
摘要
Abstract
In order to evaluate and improve energy efficiency of copper flash smelting enterprises, a multi-layer and multi-scale online energy efficiency analysis method was proposed by using different time scales and space scales according to the hierarchical characteristics of the plant's energy consuming systems. Some indexes are defined for energy efficiency evaluation based on principles of thermodynamics and thermo-economics, and implementation methods for the multi-lay and multi-scale analysis of energy efficiency were detailed introduced. Methods were also proposed for estimation of main production parameters and automotive recognition of working durations of batch smelting processes which are usually difficult for online analysis.关键词
