Abstract
Universities bear the important task of scientific and technological innovative personnel training, and play the active role in the full implementation of the strategy of developing the country by relying on science and education.It not only has the im-portant influence on school ascension, but also has the important significance to the cultivation of the students’ ability.Therefore, based on the premise of adhering to certain standards, from the optimization of teaching staff, the innovation education environment, the promotion of the innovative activities and the implementation of safeguard measures, the paper puts forward to make and imple-ment the college students’ innovative ability, to promote the all-round development of colleges and universities.关键词
