Abstract
As a high value,low emissions,low-polluting green energy,natural gas has been under huge pressure of surging market demand in recent years. As the scale and status of the industry depend largely on its pricing policy,it is necessary to study the history of natural gas pricing mechanism and price changes in order to comprehensively deepen gas price reform and to explore pricing mechanism under the new normal. Natural gas pricing in Sichuan has gone through four stages: govern-ment pricing,“dual track”pricing,restoring government pricing and government guided pricing. The concept,composition, classification of gas price and pricing mechanism are not the same at each stage. Exploring the history of natural gas price adjustments and changes and summarizing the experience of natural gas pricing reform in Sichuan are of significance in further deepening the reform of market-oriented gas pricing mechanism.关键词
