摘要
Abstract
Interim Regulation on Enterprise Information Disclosure taking effect on October 1st,2014 handles the creditor protection from the information disclosure after the promulgation of the new Corporation Law. However,the Regulation is not on a level with Corporation Law,and its content should be completed. Law theorists disagree on the legal property of commercial registration. The author holds that commercial registration is“a procedure of recording juristal facts”,and information disclosure system is one of the important contents of commercial registration. The promulgation of the Regulation plays a positive role in China’s commercial registration system. And more systems like notary system and enterprise credit ranking system should be introduced in order to complete the Regulation.关键词
