Abstract
Since the founding of new China ,Sino‐Latin American relationship approximately experi‐enced four stages ,namely ,"political confrontation ,civil diplomacy","political easing ,diplomacy‐establis‐hing climax","political mobilization ,economic and trade grow th"and"top‐level design ,comprehensive co‐operation".In terms of the evolving trend of Sino‐Latin American relationship ,from the perspective of na‐ture of relationship ,it transferred from informal one to formal one .From the developing momentum ,this relationship displays "accumulation‐big leap"feature .From the content ,the relationship ,beginning in po‐litical field ,promotes economic and trade grow th ,and then advances into the comprehensive and multi‐level cooperation .关键词
