Abstract
Objective To investigate effect of cognitive behavior therapy in the treatment of psychiatric rehabilitation. Methods 101 cases of psychiatric rehabilitation were randomly divided into two groups. Control group was given antipsychotic drug treatment, while the observation group was given cognitive behavior therapy combined with drug therapy. Clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results Positive symptoms score, negative symptoms score and general psychopathology score of observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05).Total effective rate of observation group (92.16%) was significantly better than the control group (70%) (P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavior therapy combined with drug therapy can obviously improve the psychiatric treatment, correct the wrong cognition, and alleviate their condition.关键词
