Abstract
Objective To explore L-Crnitine combined hemodialysis clinical curative effect in treatment of uremic peripheral neuropathy. Methods The 80 patients with uremic peripheral neuropathy hemodialysis patients as the research object,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group (40 cases) pure hemodialysis therapy, observation group (40 cases) with L-Carnitine combined hemodialysis treatment, a course of 2 months.Observed two groups of patients before and after treatment the clinical symptoms, peripheral neuropathy, and median nerve, tibial nerve, phil total nerve sensory nerve conduction velocity. Results After treatment, two groups of patients with clinical symptoms were improved, the sensory nerve conduction velocity is significantly accelerated, and the improvement of the observation group is superior to control group, the more significant difference, P<0.05, statistically significant. Conclusion L-Carnitine combined with hemodialysis in treating uremic peripheral neuropathycan effectively improve the clinical symptoms,conduction speed of sensory nerves, has a good clinical effect.关键词
