灯盏细辛注射液临床使用合理性与安全性再评价研究
Revaluating the rationality and safety of Dengzhanxixin injections in clinical use:An integrated approach

Abstract
Objective To explore the method of research on the rationality and safety of traditional Chinese medicine injections ( TCMIs) in clinical use, such as Dengzhanxixin injections.Methods In this study, 120 medical records from the certain hospital, which contained Dengzhanxixin injections prescription during 2013 , were selected randomly and evalua-ted by instructions recommendation and drug utilization research ( DUR) .Results There were poor rationality and safety, such as in disease and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine (34.17%and 18.33%for rationality, respectively), the solvent volume (35.83%for rationality), the administration concentration (2.50% for rationality) of Dengzhanxixin injections.The six or seven or eight param-eters total scores were 53.96%, 56.55%, 49.31% for rationality, respectively and there was super-concentration administration ( average defined daily concentration 28.09 and drug utilization index 2.93 ).Conclusion In brief, it should strengthen to monitor Dengzhanxixin injections in clinical use.关键词
