摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the mental health status of elderly patients with physical diseases based on SCL - 90,in order to provide references for the mental nursing and relevant work for elderly patients with physical diseases. Methods We made a retrieval in CNKI,Wanfang,ⅤIP and other electronic databases for 2004—2013 literatures about the assessment of the mental health status of elderly patients with physical diseases by SCL - 90. A total of 71 pieces of literature that accorded with inclusion criteria were acquired, including 90 effective samples and 8 632 subjects. According to ICD- 10,the subjects were divided into seven categories including digestive system, circulatory system, respiratory system, orthopedics, five sense organs, tumor( all kinds of cancer)and others( such as sleep disorder and unidentified disease) . Compared with the SCL - 90 adult norm, related statistics of meta - analysis are computed by SPSS 11. 5 on the collected data. Comparison was made in SCL - 90 factor scores among elderly patients with different categories of physical diseases. Results The average effect size of the SCL - 90 factor scores of the seven categories of subjects was - 0. 09 ~ 1. 43. The subjects were not significantly different from the adult norm in the scores of interpersonal sensitivity of subjects with diseases of digestive system, respiratory system and orthopaedics and the score of obsessive - compulsive symptom of subjects with diseases of respiratory system (P > 0. 05),while all other factor scores of subjects were higher than the adult norm(P < 0. 05). The subjects with different physical diseases were significantly different in SCL - 90 factor scores(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The mental health of elderly patients with physical diseases is in an alarming condition, and different physical diseases have different influences on the mental health of elderly patients. Therefore,it's necessary to carry out corresponding mental interventions to them.关键词
