摘要
Abstract
The prevalence of ischemic stroke is increasing these years,and the mortality and disability rate are high due to secondary injury,thus assessment scale is needed for the prognosis. Since 1950s',a series of assessment sales for the prognosis of ischemic stroke were produced. These scales has been widely used in clinical practice,while shortcoming also exist, such as complicated clinical operation,imperfect content,fuzzy wordings and a neglect of influencing factors closely related with prognosis in some content,which lower the efficiency of assessment. In order to make the assessment simpler,more efficient and more accurate,domestic and foreign scholars have explored a series of new assessment scales for the prognosis of ischemic stroke, such as SSⅤ scale,iScore score,PLAN score,Lausanne score(ASTRAL)and SPAN - 100 scale. We made an introduction of source,clinical significance,scoring items,range of application and advantages and disadvantages of each of these new scales, in order to provide references for clinical use.关键词
