摘要

Abstract

malnutrition usually includes both undernutrition and overnutrition,and the two could both contribute to the inflammatory activities. malnutrition could be classified by whether inflammation exists. Albumin and high - sensitivity - C reactive protein are common indexes to assess the inflammatory reaction. Besides,soluble intercellular adhesion molecule -1 ( sICAm-1),a kind of m-m-CSF ICAm-1 that can flow and circulate,has become a hot topic in the relevant researches of inflammatory reaction nowadays. In this paper,we made an introduction about the relationship among malnutrition,vascular inflammation and sICAm-1,in order to provide references for clinical practice.
