Clinical analysis of the adverse reactions of children with intravenous azithromycin in 108 cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the general rules and characteristics of the adverse reactions of children with intravenous azithromycin.Methods:108 children with intravenous azithromycin were selected.They all occured adverse reactions.The related conditions were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The adverse reaction incidence rate of children under 10 years old was the highest;the main adverse reaction was gastrointestinal reaction;the most serious was allergic shock.Conclusion:Clinicians should pay attention to the adverse reactions of children with intravenous azithromycin,strictly control the indications and dosage and administration,strengthen the medication monitoring,and ensure the medication safety.关键词
