诺和灵30R联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病62例临床分析
Clinical analysis of novolin 30R combined with metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes in 62 cases

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of novolin 30R combined with metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods:124 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 62 cases in each.The observation group were treated with Novolin 30R combined with metformin,and the control group were treated with Novolin 30R,then we observed the clinical curative effect.Results:HbA1C,2hPG,FPG level of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the decline in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the total efficiency of 96.77% was significantly better than 85.48% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of novolin 30R combined with metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes was rather than simple medication.It can effectively control blood sugar.关键词
