鼻内镜下微波治疗鼻出血的临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of microwave treatment under nasal endoscope for nasal bleeding.Methods:126 patients with nasal bleeding were selected.They were treated with microwave surgery under nasal endoscope.We observed the effect of treatment.Results:102 cases(80.9%) were markedly effective;18 cases(14.3%) were effective;6 cases(4.8%) were invalid;the total effective rate was 95.2% .Conclusion:Microwave therapy under nasal endoscope for nasal bleeding can accurately determine the bleeding position.The efficacy was significant.After surgery,complications were small,the pain was small,and the recovery was fast.关键词
