摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of concurrent radiochemotherapy and radiotherapy alone in the treatment of local advanced esophageal cancer.Methods:88 patients with local advanced esophageal cancer were divided into two groups.The observation group were three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with paclitaxel concurrent chemotherapy group.The control group were the three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy alone group.Results:The recent curative effect and 2 years survival rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The recent curative effect and long-term effect of concurrent radiochemotherapy in the treatment of local advanced esophageal cancer are significant better than those of radiotherapy alone.The incidence rates of adverse reactions have not significantly different,and it can be tolerated.关键词
