Clinical curative effect observation of mesalazine combined with bifid tiple viable in the treatment of ulcerative colitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of mesalazine combined with bifid tiple viable in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:76 patients with ulcerative colitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 38 cases in each.The control group were given mesalazine,and the observation group were given mesalazine combined with bifid tiple viable,then we compared the effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate(92.11%) of the observation group was significantly higher than 73.68% of the control group(P<0.05).The DAI scores and endoscopic scores after treatment in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The DAI scores and endoscopic scores after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The MDA level difference value and SOD vitality difference value before and after treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mesalazine combined with bifid tiple viable in the treatment of ulcerative colitis has a significant clinical curative effect.关键词
