地屈孕酮与黄体酮治疗先兆流产的疗效分析
Curative effect analysis of dydrogesterone and progesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of dydrogesterone and progesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods:120 patients with threatened abortion were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each.The control group was given progesterone treatment.The observation group was given dydrogesterone treatment.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the progesterones of patients in two groups were significantly higher,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The human choriohic gonadotropin of patients in two groups were doubled increased,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion:Dydrogesterone and progesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion all have quite obvious effects.关键词
