Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of early breast cancer.Methods:100 patients with early breast cancer were selected.The patients were respectively given color doppler ultrasound and X-ray mammography detection.The diagnosis accuracy rates of two were compared.Results:The diagnosis accuracy rates of color doppler ultrasound and X-ray mammography were respectively 76.0% and 73.0%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The diagnosis accuracy rate(95.0%) of the combined use of ultrasound and X-ray mammography was significantly higher than that of single diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of early breast cancer has the advantages of simple operation,non-invasive,good reproducible,good detection specificity,but the accurate rate of single diagnosis is not very high.In the clinical examination,it can be combined with X-ray mammography,and get more ideal diagnosis result.关键词
