精神分裂症的自知力研究
Research on schizophrenia insight
摘要
Abstract
Objective:In the west,especially in the United States and other countries,insight in clinical psychiatry was widely used, and very seriously.In the early ninety's,domestic mental medicine payed attention to the study of the insight and the assessment of the scale.The research progress of the insight of schizophrenia in the decade was summarized.We introduced the evolution of the concept of insight,the relationship between the insight and the clinical manifestation,self insight for predicting the suicidal behavior,the effect of self insight on the treatment compliance and prognosis,the clinical evaluation of self insight,the camouflage insight,insight education and so on.关键词
