临床药师对临床不合理用药的药学干预观察
Pharmaceutical intervention observation of clinical pharmacists on clinical irrational drug use

Abstract
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of pharmacists on clinical irrational drug use.Methods:The clinical irrational drug use before and after the clinical pharmaceutical intervention were compared.Results:There was statistically significant difference of clinical irrational drug use before and after intervention(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions before intervention was 5%;the incidence of adverse reactions after intervention was 1.2%.The acception rate of physicians for timely intervention was 76.6%;that of physicians for delayed intervention was 94.2%;there was statistically significant difference between the two ways(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pharmaceutical intervention could reduce the incidence of clinical irrational drug use to ensure the safety drug use of the patients.关键词
