Abstract
Objective:To understand the infection rate and drug resistance of mycoplasma pneumoniae in the Yinchuan area of Ningxia,and to guide the clinical drug use.Methods:Using mycoplasma isolation,identification,susceptibility integrated detection plate culture on 9 623 cases of patients with ureaplasma,we detected mycoplasma hominis and analyzed drug sensitivity.Results:3 621 cases of ureaplasma urealyticum were culture-positive,and the positive rate was 37.63% .The most sensitive were Doxycycline(96.36%) and minocycline(95.23%),followed Josamycin(90.23%).The resistance rates of loxacin,L Oxyfluoride and sparfloxacin were higher,respectively 47.26%,42.56%,41.23%.Conclusion:Ureaplasma urealyticum to commonly used antibiotics have different degrees of resistance,therefore,mycoplasma culture and sensitivity test as far as possible should be done before the clinical diagnosis and treatment,to reasonable standard medication.关键词
