Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic appendectomy and open appendectomy in the treatment of acute appendicitis.Methods:86 cases of patients with acute appendicitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group were given open appendectomy,and the observation group were given laparoscopic appendectomy. The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and immunological indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The operating time,gastrointestinal function recovery time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complication rates of the observation group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TNF-α and CRP levels of the control group were significantly higher than those of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic appendectomy had shorter operating time than open appendectomy.It can reduce the body's inflammatory stress response and promote the patients’ recovery.关键词
