摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of consolidate chemotherapy after concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:66 patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer were selected.They were divided into the two groups.Patients in the experimental group adopted three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy after treatment,then treated by paclitaxel combined with carboplatin for consolidate chemotherapy.Patients in the control group were treated with the corresponding symptomatic supportive treatment after concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Results:The efficiency,progression free survival and survival time of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Using three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy concurrent chemoradiotherapy then treated by paclitaxel combined with carboplatin for consolidate chemotherapy is helpful for the median survival and progression free survival of the patients.关键词
