上消化道出血340例病因和临床特点分析

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the cause and clinical characteristics of patients with upper digestive tract bleeding.Methods:340 patients with upper digestive tract bleeding were selected.We counted the constituent ratio of the various causes and analyzed its clinical characteristics.Results:In the 3 groups,the elderly patients accounted for the largest proportion(64.4% ),the highest proportion of peptic ulcer in various causes(53.5%).Among the young and middle-aged groups were mainly with duodenal ulcer, and gastric ulcer mainly happened in the elderly group.The gastric cancer patients in the elderly group were significantly more than in the young and middle-aged groups.Conclusion:Upper digestive tract bleeding mainly happened in elderly patients,peptic ulcer is the main cause of upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and the degree of ulcer was heavy.We should actively seek the cause of bleeding,to reduce the bleeding risk.关键词
