Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the combination of clarithromycin and tinidazole in the treatment of gastritis in children.Methods:140 patients with children gastritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,each of 70 cases.The control group were treated with routine pediatric gastritis treatment method,on the basis of this,the experimental group combined clarithromycin and tinidazole in treatment.We compared two groups of clinical efficacy and drug after Hp eradication.Results:The total effective rate and Hp eradication rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clarithromycin combined with tinidazole has good curative effect for the treatment of gastritis in children,and it can effectively eradicate Hp.关键词
