化瘀清散汤加味治疗急性缺血性中风临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of treatment of acute ischemic stroke with the modified decoction of removing blood stasis and dispersing.Methods:90 patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected,shedding 4 cases,they were randomly divided into the treatment group(the modified decoction of removing blood stasis and dispersing group)and the control group(Huatuo reconstruction pill group),43 cases in each group,1 months after treatment to observe the curative effect.Results:Neurological function defect degree(NIHSS score),daily life ability,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and curative effect comparison,the treatment group were superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified decoction of removing blood stasis and dispersing can effectively improve the neurological function and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,reduce the sequelae and improve the quality of life.关键词
