Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in acute suppurative tonsillitis.Methods:120 patients with acute suppurative tonsillitis were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each.Two groups were given clindamycin by 20~30 mg/(kg·d)and symptomatic treatment.The observation group were treated with Guilin Xigua Frost spray sprayed on the tonsil.The clinical curative effect and the recovery time of two groups were compared.Results:The recovery rate of the observation group was 63.33% higher than that of the control group of 45%,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion:The effect of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in acute suppurative tonsillitis is outstanding.It can improve the clinical symptoms, shorten the effect,and promote the rehabilitation of patients as soon as possible.关键词
