摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical significance of pregnant women with gestational diabetes prothrombotic state markers.Methods:64 patients with pregnant women with gestational diabetes were selected as the experimental group.106 healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group.We respectively observed the pregnant women prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and fibrinogen(Fib)level.Results:Compared with the control group,the experimental group of PT,TT,APPT were shortly markedly,and Fib levels were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:To examine the status of the pre thrombosis state markers in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus can provide effective guidance for thrombus diagnosis and reasonable treatment,reduce the rate of thrombosis and vascular disease incidence.关键词
