进展性脑梗死伴吞咽困难患者早期护理干预的临床观察
Clinical observation of early nursing intervention on patients with stroke in progression with dysphagia

Abstract
Objective:To summarize the clinical effect of early nursing intervention on patients with stroke in progression with dysphagia.Methods:90 cases of patients with stroke in progression were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group were given routine nursing and symptomatic treatment,on this basis,the observation group were given feeding training and swallowing muscle function training according to the degree of swallowing dysfunction.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11%;the incidence of aspiration pneumonia was 8.89%;the satisfaction rate was 88.89% .The total effective rate of the control group was 71.11% ;the incidence of aspiration pneumonia was 26.67% ;the satisfaction rate was 66.67%.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early nursing intervention could improve the swallowing function of patients with stroke in progression with dysphagia effectively, reduce the complications,and improve patients' quality of life.关键词
