摘要
Abstract
Talent introduction and talent training were two basic ways of the talent team construction,which were important subjects related to the sustainable development of the hospital.In this paper,the writer introduced some practical exploration of talent introduction and training in second A hospital in county and illustrated that the talent team construction in hospital should adhere to the combination of talent introduction and independent culture to promote the sustainable development of hospital.关键词
