Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Suhuangzhike Capsule on efficacy and immune factors of patients with cough variant asthma.Method:102 patients with cough variant asthma admitted to our hospital from October 2010 to October 2014 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with Suhuangzhike Capsule on the basis of the conventional treatment. They were treated for four weeks.The FEV1,FVC,PEF and interleukin-4(IL-4),interferon γ(IFN-γ), interleukin-17(IL-17) were measured before and after treatment.The clinical curative effect between the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.1%,which was significantly higher than 82.4% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( χ²=4.9930,P=0.0255).The FEV1, FVC,PEF of the two groups after treatment were significantly increased compared with before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and compared with the control group after treatment,the observation group improved more significantly after treatment(P<0.05).The serum IL-4,IFN-γ,IL-17 showed no significant differences of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The serum IL-4,IL-17 of the two group after treatment were significantly reduced,and compared with the control group after treatment,the patients in the observation group were decreased significantly(P<0.05). Serum IFN-γ were significantly higher in the two groups after treatment,and compared with the control group after treatment,the patients in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with cough variant asthma treated with Suhuangzhike Capsule not only can significantly improve the curative effect,but also can improve the expression of immune factors.关键词
