Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of high quality nursing methods in VSD negative pressure drainage technology,improve the nursing ability of nurses in VSD.Method:25 patients with open fractures with skin and soft tissue defects admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to November 2014 were treated with VSD negative pressure drainage,combined with high quality nursing service,used the method of nursing program,nurse in charge of the responsibility,the assessment-plan-implementation-evaluation-optimization of nursing path was implemented, the use of preoperative "targeted nursing",after the "eight key links of nursing" concrete method.Statistical methods were used for the cases of last 2 years,checked the problems before operation and postoperative,the implementation of the results of nursing care,the patient satisfaction rate,the average length of hospital stay were counted,the science and effectiveness of nursing method was verified.Result:25 cases of VSD preoperative issue were involved five aspects, postoperative problems were involved eight aspects,the settlement rate was 100% after nursing care.Data showed that the tangible assets:the satisfaction of patients was 99.98%;shorten the hospital stay of patients with an average of 9.97 days, the results were optimized compared with the group before the statistical data.Intangible assets:the nurses’ awareness of responsibility and care skills and methods were improved.Conclusion:VSD combined with operation nursing methods of high quality nursing service,using the nursing procedure,take the key link of preoperative nursing and postoperative nursing is an effective nursing method and is worthy of reference in the industry.关键词
