Abstract
H-type hypertension is defined as primary hypertension accompanied by hyperhomocysteinemia.It is closely associated with stroke and other cardiovascular diseases,may be an important and independent risk factor.Now, people’s awareness of the harm,prevention and treatment of H-type hypertension isn’t high enough.This paper analyses the high incidence and harm of H-type hypertension and puts forward the scientific strategies of prevention and treatment of H-type hypertension based on the related literatures.Current evidence-based medicine studies have confirmed the application of enalapril maleate folic acid tablets for H-type hypertension.However,the larger,prospective,multicentre and randomized controlled trials still need to assess the effect and safety of enalapril maleate folic acid tablets for H-type hypertension.关键词
