Abstract
Objective To explore the related factors of disease of sepsis associated thrombocytopenia and the influence on prognosis of patients of sepsis.Methods 80 cases of sepsis patients from July 2012 to July 2014 were treated in our hospital as the research object, according to whether associated with thrombocytopenia were divided into group A, B, group A was reduction group, plateletn=30, group B was reduced platelet group,n=50, analysis of general data and related laboratory index, control rate of infection and mortality rate in1 month of two groups, adopted the multiple regression analysis, summarized sepsis associated thrombocytopenia independent risk factors, analysis of the relationship with prognosis of patients. ResultsIn group A, patients with thrombocytopenia minimum value was (39.1±22)×109/L, was significantly lower than that in group B, the level of C reactive protein, procalcitonin levels in group A were (112.4±68.1) mg/L, (7.2±6.1) ng/mL, were higher than those in group B (P<0.05); multiple regression analysis indicated: Thrombocytopenia<3×109/L, platelet sustained reduction of >1 week, septic shock and multiple organ failure were the independent risk of sepsis associated thrombocytopenia factors.Conclusion Patients with sepsis with persistent thrombocytopenia, septic shock and multiple organ failure performance is the main indicator of critically ill of prognosis of patients, suggests prognosis of patients with poor level, the mortality rate is high.关键词
