Influence research on the stump length of the umbilical cord of neonatal cord clamping
摘要
Abstract
Objective To research the influence of the stump length of the umbilical cord of neonatal cord clamping.Methods 510 neonates were divided to group A, B and C through random number table with 170 neonates in each. In group A, umbilical cord clamp was clamped at the distance of 0.5cm from navel chakra, and umbilical cord was cut at the distance of 0.5cm from umbilical cord. In group B, umbilical cord clamp was clamped at the distance of 1cm from navel chakra, and umbilical cord was cut at the distance of 1cm from umbilical cord. In group C, umbilical cord clamp was clamped at the distance of 2cm from navel chakra, and umbilical cord was cut at the distance of 1cm from umbilical cord clamp. Errhysis of umbilical cord, periumbilical secretions, periumbilical skin inflamed, and time of loose umbilical cord clamp and umbilical cord detachment of three groups were compared.ResultsOccurrence rate of errhysis of umbilical cord of group A was 6.5%, which was significantly lower than that of group B and C (P<0.05). 94.1% neonates of group A were not seen periumbilical secretions, which was significantly higher than that of group B and C (P<0.05). Loose rate of umbilical cord clamp of group A was 2.9%, which was significantly lower than that of group B and C (P<0.05). Loose time of umbilical cord of group A was shortest (145.56±30.75)h, which was significantly shorter than that of group B and C (P<0.05).Conclusion Appropriate stump length of the umbilical cord has benefit to shortening loose time of umbilical cord and improving umbilical healing soon, so as to alleviate workload of nurses in nursing umbilical cord, as well as alleviate psychological stress of puerperal and dependents in nursing neonates' umbilical cord.关键词
