Abstract
Objective To investigate the detection and clinical significance of serum 25 hydroxy Vitamin D3 (25-(OH) D3) and total serum immunoglobulin E (lgE) of pediatric asthmatic bronchial asthma.Methods Selected 45 cases of bronchial asthma children,45 cases of Bronchial asthma children treated in our hospital from August 2012-August 2014,and 40 normal children as the research object,were tested with 25- (OH)D3,lgE level.Results The 25(OH) D3 asthmatic group was (14.68±3.43)ng/mL,was significantly lower than that of asthmatic bronchitis group (21.25±4.51) ng/mL,the normal group (25.41±4.25)ng/mL, asthmatic bronchitis group was significantly lower than that of normal group; asthma group lgE level was (186.39±1.52)IU/mL,was significantly higher than that of asthmatic bronchitis group (123.65±16.54) IU/mL,the normal group was (91.26±15.63) IU/mL,asthmatic bronchitis group was significantly higher than that in normal group,difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Among them,asthmatic bronchitis in serum 25-(OH) D3 was not associated with lgE level (r=0.29,P>0.05);bronchial asthma serum 25-(OH) D3 was negatively correlated with lgE level (r=-7.39,P<0.05).Conclusion Asthmatic bronchitis and bronchial asthma are similar, the presence of serum 25- (OH) D3 deficiency and IgE level increased, can be added serum 25-(OH) D3 as an adjuvant therapy for prevention of bronchial asthma.关键词
