不同方案终止中期妊娠的临床效果对比研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical effect of different schemes of midtrimester pregnancy termination. Methods A total of 120 cases which was about to terminate midtrimester pregnancy in department of gynaecology and obstetrics were selected. 120 cases of termination of second trimester pregnancy patients were divided into A, B, C three groups according to the patient's own situation and doctor's suggest. Group A took rivanol,group B took oral mifepristone and misoprostol induction and group C took cesarean section fetal abortion.Abortion success rate and complications between three groups were compared. ResultsAbortion success rate of group C was higher than that of two groups (P<0.05). Abortion success rate of group A and group B had no significant difference(P>0.05). Complications rate of group A and group B was lower than that of group C(P<0.05). Complications rate of group A and group B had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Each kind of abortion scheme has its unique advantages and limitations, so patients need to be closely combined with their own conditions and the doctor's advice in the selection of abortion scheme, in order to select the most suitable for their own scheme.关键词
