Abstract
Objective To explore the role and efficacy of clinical pharmacists in the comprehensive intervention management of rational use of antibacterial drugs.Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the whole process of intervention management of antibacterial drugs.400 cases before intervention and 400 cases after intervention were randomly abstracted from the hospitalized records for retrospective study,the use of antibacterial drugs was compared and analyzed.ResultsAfter intervention,the usage rate,the expense and the preventive usage rate of antibacterials,mean hospital stay and irrational use of antibiotics dropped obviously(P<0.01 orP<0.05). Conclusion Rational use of antibacterial drugs in clinic and the delay of generation of tolerant bacterial strains can be achieved by participation of clinical pharmacists in the comprehensive intervention management.关键词
