Abstract
Objective To learn the burden and life qualities of Schizophrenic patient's families tenders, and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide psychological intervention for them to reduce stress and improve life quality. Methods 120 family tenders of Schizophrenic patients in rural areas were selected as research subjects, and they were surveyed with self-made questionnaire, family interview schedule (FIS), general quality of life inventory (GQOLI), social disability screening schedule (SDSS).ResultsFemale tenders had heavy burden, which was proportional to tender time. The burden of tenders in employment was lighter than that of tenders without employment. Life quality of tenders was lower than that of control group. Psychological health and physical health were significant in those influencing factors.Conclusion The schizophrenic patient's family tenders in rural area are in the situation of heavy burden and poor life quality, and they were influenced in financial burden, family entertainment, family relationship and family life, especially in psychological and physical health, which indicates that doctors and nurses should pay great attentions to these vulnerable groups.关键词
