摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of external fixator damage control therapy in the application of traumatic fracture repair. Methods 75 patients of traumatic fractures from 2012 May to 2014 February in our hospital were all collected, and were randomly divided into observation group of 38 cases and control group of 37 cases. The observation group was treated with external fixator damage control surgery, and the control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation. The operation, postoperative recovery and complications of patients in the two groups were observed and completed.ResultsThe operation time, incision length and intraoperative amount of bleeding of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The lactic acid duration, body temperature recovery time, wound healing time and coagulation function recovery time of patients in the observation group were shorter than that those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05). The overall complication rate of the observation group was 13.15%, 35.14% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion External fixation damage control therapy during the traumatic fracture repair has good control effect, can improve the clinical effect, lower the incidence of complications, and it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
