Status of pre-pregnancy eugenic health examination of optimal childbearing age in newly-married reproductive aged object

Abstract
Objective To investigate the reproductive health problems of optimal childbearing age in newly-married couples, to provide scientific basis to formulate practical health education intervention model, in order to better protect and promote healthiness rights of reproductive aged object.Methods To analyze the optimal childbearing age of newly-married couples who had joined the health examination in Jiedong County(District), Puning City, Rongcheng District from September 1, 2012 to August 31, 2014 according to the examination results.Results Through the inspection on health history, physical examination, interrelated blood examination, it had been showed that, the first six influencing factors on reproductive health status were abnormal leukorrhea routine examination(39.15%, 1413/3609), physical examination abnormally(37.59%,2713/7218), rubella virus IgG antibody negative(36.46%, 1316/3609), health history abnormally(29.72%,2145/7218), abnormal HBV-DNA (one positive at the fewest, except HBsAb, 25.06%,1809/7218), abnormal urine routine(19.83%,1431/7218).Conclusion Population quality could be authentically enhanced, through to strengthen the propaganda and education of pre-pregnancy eugenic health examination, to attach importance to reproductive health problems optimal childbearing age in newly-married couples.关键词
