摘要

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the compatible stability of vinpocetine injection respectively mixed with 5%glucose injection and 0. 9% sodium chloride. METHODS: After respectively mixed vinpocetine injection with two kinds of commonly used infusions ( 5% glucose injection and 0. 9% sodium chloride ) , the infusion solutions were stored at room temperature ( 20-25 ℃) , the changes of appearance, pH value and particulate matter of infusion solutions were investigated within 8h. The content of vinpocetine in infusion solution was determined by High Performance Liquid Chromatography( HPLC) . RESULTS: After mixed with 5% glucose injection and 0. 9% sodium chloride, the infusion solutions were stored at room temperature(20-25 ℃) for 8 h, there were no obvious change in the appearance and pH value, particulate matter and the content of vinpocetine in infusion solution. CONCLUSIONS:At room temperature ( 20-25 ℃) , vinpocetine injection respectively mixed with 5% glucose injection and 0. 9%sodium chloride for 8h can remain keep stable.
