Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application and trend of narcotics drugs for inpatients of oncology department in Shijingshan Hospital of Beijing( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") , and to provide reference for the clinical rational drug use. METHODS: Retrospective investigation was adopted, statistical analysis on usage amount, consumption sum,defined daily dose system(DDDs)and defined daily cost(DDC)from 2012 to 2014 in the inpatients of oncology department in our hospital was conducted. RESULTS:The prescriptions for inpatients of oncology department in our hospital and the total drug consumption sum were increased year by year from 2012 to 2014 . The usage amount of Oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets(40 mg)were in the first place from 2013 to 2014. The synchronicity of number between narcotic amount and drug use patients was relatively good. The economic burden for patients was moderate. CONCLUSIONS: The usage of narcotics is basically reasonable for inpatients of oncology department in our hospital,but further management still need to be strengthened and constantly improved.关键词
