Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the occurrence of adverse drug reaction ( ADR ) in 232 cases and its relevant factors,and to provide clinical reference for rational drug use. METHODS: 232 cases of ADR reports were collected to the Monitoring Center of Guangdong Province by the Fifth People's Hospital of Dongguan during 2012-2013,the relevant factors including patients'age and sex,drug varieties, drug form,route of administration,involved organs and( or) systems and clinical manifestation were statistically analyzed. RESULTS: Of the 232 cases,126 cases were male and 106 cases were female,the ratio was 1:1. 189,aged from 2 months to 95 years old. 88 kinds of drugs were involved,leading the list were antimicrobial agents (33kinds,37. 5%),which induced 127 cases of ADR and accounting for 51. 63% of the total 246 cases. Intravenous infusion induced the most cases of ADR, with 175 cases ( accounting for 72. 9% of the total 240 cases) . The main clinical manifestation of ADR was lesions of skin and its accessories,digestive system reactions etc. CONCLUSIONS: The clinic should use antimicrobial rationally,strengthen the monitoring of ADR so as to reduce the occurrence of ADR.关键词
