Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of pharmacists on the clinical treatment of pharmaceutical. METHODS:Through participating in the treatment of a case of patient with tuberculous pleurisy, the pharmacists assisted the doctors to establish an effective drug treatment program;and the pharmaceutical care was given to the patient during the whole treatment so as to find out the existed problems or the hidden drug use problems timely, which could also help the doctors to adjust the drug use program. RESULTS:The pharmacists provided the correct advice for clinical treatment, which helped to improve the medication compliance of the patient and promoted the rehabilitation of the patient. CONCLUSIONS:The pharmaceutical care that carried out by clinical pharmacists can improve the communication and collaboration of doctors, nurses and pharmacists, and can be benefit to the patients with safety and effective drug use.关键词
